Corbyn panics investors as prospect of hard-left government makes Britain look deeply unattractive

But now global investors are shunning Britain due to fears of a crackdown on business if Jeremy Corbyn takes power, Crystal Amber has warned.

Combined with jitters over a possible No Deal Brexit, the AIM-listed activist fund said the spectre of a Hard Left government has left Britain looking deeply unattractive.

Chairman Christopher Waldron said: ‘It is increasingly likely there will be a general election before the end of the year, which has the potential to result in a business-unfriendly Labour-led administration.

‘It is hardly surprising, therefore, that international investors have reduced their exposure to UK assets to historically low levels.’
